Eastlake Mock Trial

The Texas High School Mock Trial Competition is an innovative, hands-on experience in the law for high school students. The program was created to give students a better understanding of our judicial system and to perfect analytical and communication skills.

Teams of students prepare and present both sides of a hypothetical case before a judge. The students act as attorneys and witnesses, following modified rules of evidence and procedure.

Eastlake High School's Mock Trial team has been competing since 2014, developing critical thinking, public speaking, and legal knowledge through this prestigious competition. We are invested in assisting students on their journey to developing these essential skills.
